The commitments of Fundación Laboral de la Construcción del Principado de Asturias for the period 2008-2009 in the frame of the Operating Programme of the ESF for Asturias 2008-2011 are the following:

1. Coordination and technical assistance of the network. Information and publicity
2. Exchange of information and practices
3. Development of a disseminating DVD
4. Development of a Internet platform

The European building sector goes through a situation characterized by a huge mobility of its workers and firms, all throughout the European territory, communitarian or not. Consequently, the activities proposed within this diffusion action contemplate the updating of formative systems and vocational training within the building sector, in order to be able to adapt to a whole new context.

This project pursues the promotion of European principles and instruments developed for vocational training within the Copenhagen process. Also, it aims at diffusing the European frame of qualifications.
